3d Printing

Manufacturing the Future

3d Printing is Changing Everything

3d printing has been around for over 30 years. Up until recently the technology was so expensive that only a few people had access. This limited it's growth. In the last ten years the technology has become so inexpensive you can find printers for under $60 usd. This has led to the 3d printing revolution we are witnessing now.

What We Do

3d Printed Prosthesis

One of our favorite projects is our Limbpact Program. This program teaches students how to use 3d printing while at the same time provides prosthesis to victims.

Hospitals, Universities, and Schools.

We are partnering with schools and universities to give them access to 3d printers and the skills necessary to operate and design. We have provided training to all of the prosthetists in Nepal from all of the major hospitals.

Disaster Zones

3d printers can be used to replace broken  equipment, pipe fittings, medical devices, and hard to find replacement parts in natural disasters.

Teaching Aids

We print teaching aids to help students learn things they could never visualize without. From turbines to skeletons we are helping educate students with 3d printers.

3d Printing As Business

We are providing access to our printers to a few entrepreneurs who are creating their own 3d printing companies. We hope their success will drive the transmission of this technology in impoverished disaster zones.

Pop-Up Prints

In Nepal, most people don't know what 3d printing is. We do pop-printing exhibits both in rural villages and in Kathmandu to raise awareness about the technology.

Rapid Prototyping

Rapid prototyping is putting the power of manufacturing into the public's hands. Contact us if you need help with your prototype.

Student Projects

We give access to our printers to help students create their own projects. It helps students refine their projects and show their ideas.

Manufacturing

We help businesses and NGO's manufacture the products they need to succeed. Contact us to find out how we can help with your manufacturing needs.
